WE TRANSFER is a project made by Asociația Culturală Contrasens, organized together with Asociația Simultan, co-funded by AFCN (Administrația Fondului Cultural Național) and PMT (Primăria Municipiului Timișoara).  

How public is the artistic space in the public space?

Art’s biggest challenge is not exhibiting itself in the space offered by t he power as being public, but to make public again a space confiscated by the power, be it financial or political.

The areas awaiting today art to manifest itself in public are the institutions of power that will now be challenged to delegate the legislative and the executive to the artists, generating the premises of a truly humanist social model and being meant to retrocede to the community the cognitive functions, due to which, through art, we will become more dignified and free.

Contemporary art is a relevant form of criticism and social and politic design.

WE TRANSFER is a manifestation that brings together significant works of art loaded with the etic and socio-politic.
